Terms of Service

1. Account Responsibilities

By creating an account on Styllo (as a User or Partner), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (e.g., OTP tokens or Google Sign-In) and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Booking & Cancellation Rules

Styllo operates on real-time availability. To ensure fairness to our premium salon partners, we enforce strict booking integrity:

  • Users cannot hold overlapping bookings to prevent double-booking conflicts.
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be flagged and may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges.

3. Payment Terms

Styllo acts as a technology platform for bookings. All service payments, including any taxes or tips, are to be settled directly at the salon using their available payment methods (Cash, UPI, etc.). Styllo does not collect service fees from users on behalf of the salons. Salons are responsible for their own tax compliance and financial reporting.

4. Limitation of Liability

Styllo acts strictly as a technology facilitator connecting users with independent salons. We do not provide salon services directly. Consequently, Styllo is not liable for the quality of service, physical injury, property damage, or disputes arising between the customer and the salon staff.

5. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account—without notice—if you are found violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, verbally abusing partner staff, or attempting to compromise the security of our infrastructure.
