By using Styllo, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Service

Styllo is a platform that connects customers with independent salons and barbers. We do not directly provide grooming services.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate profile information
• Keeping login credentials secure
• All activity under your account

4. Booking Policy

Bookings are subject to salon availability. Arriving late may result in cancellation. Repeat no-shows may lead to account suspension.

5. Payments

Payments may be collected in full or partially online. Service fees/commission may apply. Refunds are processed as per cancellation policy.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made before the salon-defined time window. Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund. Refund timelines depend on payment provider.

7. Disputes

Styllo is not liable for:

• Quality of haircut/service
• Hygiene issues
• Personal dissatisfaction

Customers must resolve service disputes directly with the salon.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass service providers
• Use fake bookings
• Attempt payment fraud
• Misuse promotional codes

Violation may result in account suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

Styllo is not liable for:

• Service outcomes
• Injuries during services
• Indirect damages

Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
